October 5, 2017 - Are the United States and North Korea on a collision course? Does tough rhetoric mean eventual conflict? The Heritage Foundation’s Bruce Klingner and BowerGroup Asia’s Sue Mi Terry speak to the current high tensions around the Korean Peninsula and ways forward.
