June 18, 2014 - Roberta Cohen, co-chair of the Committee for Human Rights in North Korea, and Jinhye Jo, a North Korean refugee, examine the violence against women in North Korean prison camps. Ms. Cohen and Ms. Jo's testimony before the United Nations Commission of Inquiry on human rights in the DPRK underscored the tragic state of women’s human rights in North Korea. Moderated by Nikita Desai, Director of Policy and Corporate Programs at The Korea Society.
